Our Club has officially received its charter from Rotary International.President Holger Knaack signed the charter certificate on 18 December 2020.
 
In his letter to Charter members, President Holger Knaack, said he was "incredibly pleased and proud" to welcome our Club into the Rotary family.  He said, "Rotary Clubs provide a place for those with a passion for community service to connect, share ideas and discover how to improve the lives of others".  He said he was delighted that our club will join Rotary in confronting "some of the world's most critical and widesprea humanitarian issues.
 
District Governor Mary Shackleton in her message echoed President Holger's words, saying "chartering a new Club is exciting and challenging.  The key to success is building a strong, engaged membership dedicated to the idea of service, ranging from local community-based projects to major global initiatives"
 
Club Advisor, Assistant Governor Bina Ahmad congratulating the new Club , its officers and members wished the club success for maany years to come.  She offered the District's full support and assistance as the Club starts its journey.
 
Charter President Syed Alirahi thanked President Holder, DG Mary and AG Bina saying, "Together, we will accomplish great things as we serve local and international communities as Rotary Opens Opportunities".
