Rotary Club of Westchester NY Congratulate our Public Image Chair Amber Alirahi who received the award for Outstanding Leadership at NYU from the Islamic Center at NYU. She started a chapter of Mu Delta Alpha for young Muslim Women to pursue their professional goals without compromising their religion. Through community service, professional development, sisterhood, and the values of Islam, these women work together for a successful future. Her club, MDA, received the Club of the Year award for hosting over 70 events and inspiring the entire community of Muslim students at NYU.
